Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee added at the door. The price shown on the product page is the amount you hand to the courier.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within one working day of being confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further two to four working days depending on your emirate.
Order confirmation
Because we sell cash on delivery, we call or message every customer to confirm the order before it is dispatched. If we cannot reach you after a few attempts the order is held rather than sent, so please make sure the phone number you enter is correct and reachable.
On the day of delivery
The courier calls before arriving. Please have the exact amount ready in cash. If nobody is available, the courier will normally try again the following working day.
If you change your mind
You may refuse the parcel at the door at no cost. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Contact us as soon as possible and we will pass the correction to the courier. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot always change the address in time.
