How ordering works

You only pay once the parcel is in your hands. If you change your mind before then, refuse it at the door and it costs you nothing.

How do I pay?
Cash on delivery on every order. You place the order with just your name, phone number and address, then pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged upfront and no card details are needed.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free with no minimum order.
How long will it take to arrive?
Two to four working days to most addresses. The courier calls before arriving, so keep your phone reachable.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes. Message us before it is dispatched and we will cancel it, or simply refuse the parcel at the door. Either way it costs you nothing.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is sourced through our own supply chain and checked before it is listed. If anything ever arrives damaged or not as described, message us and we will make it right.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not yet. We sell online only, which is part of how we keep prices where they are.
